LPE’s story is a testament to the vision and leadership of its founder, Ezra Bourne. Established in 2014, LPE was born from Ezra’s journey—one shaped by resilience, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. With Caribbean roots that instilled hard work and ambition, military service that reinforced teamwork and discipline, and formal training in event management, Ezra cultivated a foundation for success in the industry.
After leading and managing programs at a top international consulting firm, Ezra leveraged his expertise to establish LPE Associates. His strategic leadership and dedication to customer service excellence have positioned LPE as a trusted partner in delivering innovative, tailored solutions.
